[Openswan Users] After connecting to the VPN server client default gateway is client's own IP Address

Dear All,

When I do a ipconfig /all on my Windows XP client why does the default
gateway IP for the PPP interface same as the client IP assigned by the
VPN server? Because of this I have routing issues.
Any help in this is much appreciated.
