[Openswan Users] Kernel vs. Openswan KLIPS Support Matrix

I have successfully compiled openswan-2.6.20 with new NAT-T code
(that does not require a kernel recompile)
against kernel-2.6.23.14-107.fc8.

I am attaching the new NAT-T patch with some minor changes.
