[Openswan Users] "/usr/local/sbin/ipsec setup --start" doesn't return the prompt on Ubuntu 9.10 when complied from source.

Well I've tried this on my machine and it definitely doesn't
hang.

So please file a bug in Ubuntu and hopefully their maintainer
can look into this.
