[Openswan Users] Openswan and Openwrt

Kamikaze, a local version  was the base  (not pushed upstream).   
There's a small patch to the startup scripts for logging and modprobe - 
q, but otherwise no modifications.

I've attached the Makefile used - it's pretty generic, but all of the  
Kernel module stuff is stripped out, since this is for Netkey only (no  
KLIPS).
