[Openswan Users] Why binding to all interfaces?

pluto always binds to all interfaces. Perhaps in the future that will
change. But there is no real harm on it. You can't get far without
doing successfull crypto.

On a side note, the ppp device that the default route might go to,
does not always exist when openswan starts.
