We have not looked at kernels that new yet. Ideally, we would like to
have the resources to try and phase out the old NAT-T patch, and
use the newly decoupled UDP_ENCAPS hooks from 2.6.23+, so that people
no longer need to patch their kernels to use KLIPS.
