You can use certimport.exe to import the PKCS#12 certificate if you
dont want to use the 20 click MMC method.

It's available on ftp://ftp.openswan.org/openswan/windows/

If you use l2tp and do not select "pre shared key" in the l2tp configuration,
it will use certs, and find your cert.
