[Openswan Users] pluto does not start with Kernel 2.6.25

Looks like something is wrong on your system. Perhaps some broken
busybox or missing helper scripts?

add plutorestartoncrash=no and dumpdir=/tmp to 'config setup'. Also
check the logs why pluto is failing to start.
