[Openswan Users] NATing of private IP

Hello everyone,

my setup is such that;

my-private                        my-gateway
                                         remote-gw
remote-private
*72.a.a.a  *-------  *10.a.a.a *  [openSwan] * 72.x.x.x  *>>>internet<<<  *
202.q.q.q *[Cisco]* ?.?.?.? ------ 10.c.c.c *

Now, remote gateway is expecting; my private to be 18.18.18.18 not 72.a.a.a;
How do I NAT this 72.a.a.a into 18.18.18.18?

This is very important; please help.
