[Openswan Users] Still working on this issue

Hello again.  I shutdown IPSEC and then restarted it.  This appeared in
my log when I did that:

I had not noticed the errors above before and I'm not sure if they would
be contributing to my inability to "get it up".  Are these messages
anything I should be concerned about?
