192.168.0.0/24 is the private lan client side.

business lan (10.0.0.xx) -> vpn server (66.45.165.xx) -> inet -> dsl
modem (150.101.102.xx, NATs) -> home lan (192.168.0.xx) -> linux box
(the VPN client im trying to setup)

Both the server and client side are set to 17/1701.
