[Openswan Users] Problem with Openswan 2.4.6 and WinXP roadwarrior PAYLOAD_MALFORMED

upgrade to 2.4.12 or 2.4.13

So it seems to work fine

4 seconds after IPsec came up, Windows deleted the conn. I suspect this
is an l2tp/ppp authentication error.
