[Openswan Users] We cannot identify ourselves with either end of this connection

Hello,
I m having a problem in ipsec openswan. when i put both the linux vpn
gateways in public IP , then the vpn is established but when i put one of
the server inside firewall, and after starting the ipsec, its says- We
cannot identify ourselves with either end of this connection, what might be
the solution of it.

192.168.1.1---------NAT------202.52.232.11---------------internet-----------202.70.88.230--------private
network-----192.168.2.2

vpn
server
vpn server
