[Openswan Users] Compilation is OK, Klips doesn't load, help?

Dear Paul
Thank you for your help.
The command "depmod -a" does not give any error, it does not give any output.
The command "insmod /lib/modules/2.6.18/kernel/net/ipsec/ipsec.ko"
give the following error as follows:
"insmod: error inserting
'/lib/modules/2.6.18/kernel/net/ipsec/ipsec.ko': -1 Operation not
permitted"
When I tried this command "rmmod xfrmuser af_key esp4 ah4 ipcomp xfrm4_tunnel"
it gives the following errors:
   ERROR: Module xfrmuser does not exist in /proc/modules
   ERROR: Module af_key does not exist in /proc/modules
   ERROR: Module xfrm4_tunnel does not exist in /proc/modules

The command "dmesg" produces the following long output as shown below.
