[Openswan Users] Certified openSSL L2tpd Centos 5

I am install 2.6.14 rpm into centos 5 linux , install openssl, but change
files and distribution :
file /etc/pki/tls/openssl.cnf
it file ubicated in : /usr/share/ssl/openssl.cnf
the creation the certified it is different and create more files..
hot create cert for openswan ???
