[Openswan Users] how to connect openswan to broadband---full detail !!!

hello sir,
I brought broadband connection with static addresses for testing vpn only.
I understand from your answer hat to give left as "192.168.1.102" and right
as "192.168.1.2" .sir,these are local addresses behind the modem only
no????
In "Ipsec.conf" file,left and right can be local addresses(not static-not
unique address)???
Where the static addresses(59.90.235.34,59.90.235.36) can be used in
"ipsec.conf" file???
