[Openswan Users] Transmitting data between endpoints

Thanks for the information Peter but I'm still out of luck. I'm trying
to talk to a ipsec/l2tp server as set up according to:
http://www.jacco2.dds.nl/networking/openswan-l2tp.html
with a client:
http://www.jacco2.dds.nl/networking/linux-l2tp.html
I'm reluctant to modify the server as it works great for windows clients
trying to talk to its network. No matter what I try. l2tp traffic or
any other traffic will not pass over the tunnel.
Any other thoughts?
