Hi Sunil,

I'm not sure if Paul & Team are still monitoring this list - they haven't 
replied to anything for at least the last 10 days or so (unless they're 
answering off-list and just didn't answer mine)... perhaps they're on 
holiday, or maybe they've just answered all the questions a hundred times 
before...

As for your problem, you need to decide if you want Opportunistic Encryption 
or not (if you don't know what it is, then it's probably safe to say not). 
If you want it, you will need to get a public IP. If you don't want it you 
need to add something like:

conn block
    auto=ignore

conn private
    auto=ignore

conn private-or-clear
    auto=ignore

conn clear-or-private
    auto=ignore

conn clear
    auto=ignore

conn packetdefault
    auto=ignore

to your ipsec.conf file
