[Openswan Users] can clean routes

hi,
I have two computers connected via a ipsec tunnel. My problem is when i 
close/stop ispec in one of the computers the other shuts the tunel but 
keeps the routes, that means that lose connection between the two, 
because we tries to replay the traffic trough the tunnel that doesn't exist.
if a do a restart of ipsec on the machine that keeps the ipsec running, 
everything work fine.

i'm using openswan 2.4.10.

i already try to set this options:

conn tolinux2
    ....
    ....
    dpddelay=10
    dpdtimeout=10
    dpdaction=clear
