[Openswan Users] Openswan as client && windows as Ipsec vpn server

Hi,all
         Is there a way to build a VPN that Windows Server is a IPSec/L2tp server and Linux with openswan is Ipsec/L2tp client?  First I'm not sure whether exist a method to do it or not. I only konw openswan is set up as a server. Some advice or webpage is okay.
