I believe we have last tested this with 2.6.17/2.6.18 like kernels.
Currently, the git #testing repository (for 2.5.x openswan) has been
tested with 2.6.22 and 2.6.23.1, though 2.6.23+ requires a rewrite of
the nat-t patch for KLIPS (started but far from finished)
