see "man ipsec.conf", the options you are looking for are:

leftid=
rightid=
left=%defaultroute
right=ipofsecuritygateway
leftxauthclient=yes
rightxauthserver=yes

and perhaps:

leftmodecfgclient=yes
rightmodecfgserver=yes
modecfgpull=yes
