Yes. It is best to build klips without patching though, by using:

cd openswan-2.4.8rc1
export KERNELSRC=/usr/src/linux-2.6.xx
make module module_install

In the "testing" directory.

You can get the CVS for 2.4.x, or the GIT for 2.5.x and 3.x as well,
but those are not numbered. RC and DR releases are available as
tar balls in testing/ and development/
