[Openswan Users] Dynamic IP can't work

Hi All,
 
Now, I am using openswan-2.4.9 to construct IPsec tunnel, when I use dynamic IP address that is I set "right=%any" in the ipsec.conf, it can not work, and IPsec alway restart.Why, what should I do?
