[Openswan Users] Linux IPsec/L2TP client?

Ah ha - I was missing the entire ppp package.  I should have though
about that when I created chap-secrets.

That's two things I'd add to those docs about the Linux client.  Make
sure you have ppp, and put your username/password in chap-secrets just
like the server side.
