That will stay take a while, and part of the process will not be in our
hands, but in the hands of the kernel maintainers. We released a test
version of openswan 2.5.00. This week we should also be releasing 3.0.00.
(in time for IETF). The 3.0.00 version should have this new stack, but
I am not sure how far the merging (and ripping code from klips ) has come
along at this point.

And 2.6.18 and 2.6.19 itself seem to be rather changing a lot with respect
to networking and xfrm code in themselves.
