..it is a latest kernel version for Fedora Core 1 
(kernel-2.4.22-1.2199.nptl) with adding of 
openswan-2.4.4.kernel-2.4-natt.patch and 
openswan-2.4.4.kernel-2.4-klips.patch (kernel-2.4.22-1.2199.nptlcustom).
When I have constructed a new kernel with patchs I haven't a problem.
