[Openswan Users] setup a l2tp/ipsec vpn

ok, here is my setup , two pc 's acting acting as VPN gateways under
Fedora with
ip adress 10.3.5.223 (right gateway ) and 10.3.4.225 (left gateway)
connected to the lan network 10.3.0.0 ( the private lan that 's my
"internet network" )
now the subnet for the right gateway is a network 10.3.5.0 / 8
subnet for left gateway is a network 10.3.4.0/8

is that a correct setup ? and feasable ?
