Well you have leftsubnet=4.4.4.33/32, whereas the IPSEC endpoint's IP
address is 4.4.4.34 which is outside that range.

I'm not sure what would happen if you set e.g. leftsubnet=4.4.4.0/24, so
that all the clients on that LAN segment could use the IPSEC gateway.
