Note that XP SP2 doesn't need this patch. If you're running <SP2 then it
would be a very good idea to upgrade.
However, there is also an XP IPSEC Policy Agent "hotfix" at Q907865. It's
not really clear what this fixes. The docs only mention RPC return codes.
