[Openswan Users] Problem with Openswan 2.4.4

Hi,

we have in our lab a router that runs Openswan 2.4.4. I used the same
source code to build Openswan in another machine and I configured the
ipsec.conf file to make both machines establish a VPN. When I start
Openswan, the following error occurs:

ERROR: netlink response for Add SA esp.9e54f724 at 150.164.3.171 included errno
38: Function not implemented

What could be the problem?

Below I list the ipsec.conf section which is replicated in both machines:
