[Openswan Users] Still no connect from Windows

If you are using X509 certs, the possible cause is that you have wrongly
generated certificates/CA.
If debug is considered, openswan greatly hardens the understanding of
any problems with certs.
In fact, there is NO debug on certificates and I have to test everything
by many many tries.
