You are using Nate Carlson's config which is incorrect on
some points.

Should be =none.

Internal subnet should be excluded.

Probably no longer works. Should use only authby=rsasig

Should no longer be supported, therefore removed.

Should be moved to roadwarrior-l2tp-win

I would not be surprised if your client is NATed.
