[Openswan Users] Gentoo ipsec/l2tp howto

I was keeping up to date on my gentoo forums post ( http:// 
forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-324500-highlight-.html ) but not lately..

Instead I decided to write my own.

It is semi rough right now but I will be updating and adding new  
things to it as time goes on.

Hope it can be of some use to the newer users looking to run this  
kind of setup on Gentoo.
