I would like to use lsipsectool in Win2000 SP4 behind NAT. It seems that I need to install 818043 hotfix but it's not available from Microsoft Download Center. As I understand everything should work just fine if I switch to WinXP SP2, but what are my options for W2K? Is there some other known place I could download it from?
