[Openswan Users] Direct PC VPN using OpenSwan

Hello,
One of my VPN users has been using Direct PC for about 2 years with few
problems. 2 Months ago his "router" blew up and directPC sent him a new
DW-7000. After installing this new router he can connect to the VPN server
but no traffic is able to 
get through. Has anyone got Direct PC to work with openswan?? My config is 


Linux Openswan v2.3.1 Static Internet IP <------- Internet ------>Dynamic IP
-->DirectPC NAT -->USER NetSafe

This should work I have lots of users with a NAT at the client end...
