Then "Tx Checksum Offload" is broken on those workstations and MUST NOT be 
enabled while the station is connected to a IP based network.

There should not be a single bit difference in transmitted packets if 
hardware offload of Tx checksum is used or not. The algorithm and packet 
details is in both cases identical.

If you find that there is differences in the transmitted packets when Tx 
Checksum Offload is enabled/distabled then talk to the NIC card wendor and 
driver maintainer to work these issues out if you wnat to use the feature.
