Hi, 

this problem comes with pppd version in FC6:

[root at tabu ppp]# rpm -qa |grep ppp
ppp-2.4.4-1.fc6

[root at tabu ppp]# route -n
Kernel IP routing table
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric Ref    Use Iface
213.250.19.90   0.0.0.0         255.255.255.255 UH    0      0        0 ppp0
192.168.70.0    0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U     0      0        0 eth0

When you take pppd version from FC5, default route is right for IPSEC working again:

[root at tabu download]# rpm -qa |grep ppp
ppp-2.4.3-6.2.1

[root at tabu download]# route -n
Kernel IP routing table
Destination     Gateway         Genmask         Flags Metric Ref    Use Iface
213.250.19.90   0.0.0.0         255.255.255.255 UH    0      0        0 ppp0
