[Openswan Users] ipsec connection between linux and windows without l2tp or pptp

Hello.

Is that possible to make plain (without l2tp or pptp) ipsec connection
between linux server (debian 3.1 sarge, kernel 2.6, openswan) and
windows xp using ipsec policy where:

-          both of them have fixed ip address and are in the same LAN
segment;

-          IPSEC with PSK;
