lt2pd 0.69 from sources, another one from debian reposotories (0.70 or
something), and finally xl2tpd 1.04 - all behaved in the same way.
If you are interested about the logs, I can reproduce them.

With rp-l2tp I haven't got any problems, which makes me very happy! :)
