[Openswan Users] Administrivia: Mailing lists upgraded and moved

Hi people,

The mailing lists have been moved and upgraded to a newer version of mailman.
Let's hope the vanishing subject: problem has vanished now as well.

If you sent any messages to the list that you haven't seen yet, then it
somehow got lost in the move, and you will have to re-send it.

We also enabled some more anti-spam features to lessen the load on
the people administrating the lists in weeding out all the messages
from non-members to the lists that is actually spam. If you find you
are having problems mailing the lists, please contact me.
