Upgrade your kernel. Since openswan-2.4.5rc2 the NAT-T patch will not work 
with older kernels (such 2.6.11 and below). Or use openswan-2.4.5rc1 natt 
patch if you'd like to keep this kernel. But I strongly suggest you run an 
"yum upgrade", upgrade your system and build openswan on a 
kernel-2.6.12-1.1381, wich is the latest kernel release for FC3. That 
"should" work. I don't really know, 'cause the oldest kernel I have builded 
with openswan-2.4.5 is kernel-2.6.10 from FC2. Never tried kernel-2.6.12.
