I could connect to a different Mac server. As far as I can see, the
differences are:
- yours is running 10.4.5, the one I connected to runs 10.3.9
- your server is behind NAT, the on I connected to is not
- I have a virtual_private= line in ipsec.conf
- I don't have a rightid= line
- you're running Gentoo, I used FC4 (can't imagine that is
a problem, but hey, it's a difference).
The server-side NAT would be a likely candidate. Is there a
way that you could eliminate it? If only for testing purposes?
