The patch (by Peter Van der Beken, not Jacco) has been integrated into cvs HEAD
and the V2_4_x branch. We should be releasing 2.4.2 this week that incorporates
the patch.

Note that I did confirm that the MacOSX connection still fails to rekey, so the
connection will still break and need to be manually restarted after an hour (or
if you change the ike_keylife, to whatever the apple ike keylife for phase 1 is)
