[Openswan Users] stinghorn patched openswan 2.3.0 IPSEC

[Agent Smith]

/etc/ipsec.conf: ASCII text

I am almost sure its not the flat file issue, same
config file works with osw2.4.1. I need stinghorns
implementation since they have it patched for OSX L2tp
