Is gateway2 the default gateway for all hosts in network2?

if you do a traceroute from a machine in net1 to a machine in net2
(not from the gateway's) what does it look like? try it the otherway
around too net2->net1.  Also use a tcpdump to see if the traffic is
getting through.

are the machines on net2 using 82.67.48.254 or the gateway2 ip address
as the default route? does 82.67.48.254 know that 10.0.0.0 is via the
gateway?
