If I understand you correctly, you simply need to add another connection
definition for traffic between 192.168.0.0/24 and 10.1.0.0/16. You
will, of course, need this on both gateways.
You can probably find this information in the very extensive *swan
documentation. There are also some training slide shows for *swan at
http://iscs.sourceforge.net although these have become a little dated.
