[Openswan Users] IP Truncated

I've attached /var/log/secure

l2tpd.log doesn't appear to have have any timestamps?  So I'm not really 
sure what bit I should be sending on.

As the problem only occurs when after two connections have been brought 
up - I'm not sure when the failure shows up in the log.
