We have a road warrior scenario that has always worked well until today.
There have been no software changes that I am aware of.

The connection is intermittent at regular intervals, i.e. about 10 good
pings, followed by about 10 lost pings etc.

The log on the rw is full of things like
Oct 22 13:26:19 localhost pluto[12037]: "road warrior-net" #129:
received Delete SA payload: replace IPSEC State #130 in 10 seconds
Oct 22 13:26:19 localhost pluto[12037]: "road warrior-net" #129:
received Delete SA payload: deleting ISAKMP State #129

The far end has entries like
Oct 22 13:25:17 robert pluto[579]: packet from 82.68.107.174:500:
Informational Exchange is for an unknown (expired?) SA
Oct 22 13:25:26 robert pluto[579]: "road warrior"[260] 194.106.43.114
#259: retransmitting in response to duplicate packet; already STATE_MAIN_R3

These occurrences appear to coincide with lack of connectivity.

I am perfectly happy to post barf etc, but thought that this might ring
a bell with someone, as is.
