.. I have removed modules af_key and esp4 in this mode:

[root at localhost ~]# rmmod af_key esp4

..but when ipsec restart I have:

[root at localhost ~]# service ipsec restart
ipsec_setup: Stopping Openswan IPsec...
ipsec_setup: Starting Openswan IPsec 2.4.0...
ipsec_setup: insmod /lib/modules/2.6.12-1.1378_FC3/kernel/net/key/af_key.ko
ipsec_setup: insmod /lib/modules/2.6.12-1.1378_FC3/kernel/net/ipv4/esp4.ko

..and the interface ipsec0 isn't create, but what I can to do for not loaded modules af_key and esp4 finallly ?
After ipsec restart I have:

[root at localhost ~]# ipsec verify
Checking your system to see if IPsec got installed and started correctly:
Version check and ipsec on-path [OK]
Linux Openswan U2.4.0/K2.6.12-1.1378_FC3 (netkey)

still thanks.

        Salvatore.
